1) balance all commitments.

1) follow through orientation projecct
2) achieve 20 pax recuitment.
3) propose new NCO structure.
4) anderson teams winning top 3 in zone fa comp.
5) start off caa planning.

after jumping around all my commitments,
i think stjohn will still be my final decision.
whether continueing anderson, will be another matter of discussion,
but i swear to give my best try.
now,
its time to tie up many lose ends,
for shooting, for bb.
before i continue to move on.

NCOC POP cum zone inspection.
first time having zone inspection instead of zone pre.
first time being a PC
first time seeing my very own platoon passing out.
first time holding a zone colour.
many many first time!
HAHAHAHA
was a wonderful day!


spent the prev night working with three other bravo jnr officers to chiong out souvenirs for our trainees and CI.
hahaha, was damn fun and DRAINING.


stayed under char blk until like 1am?
hohohohoho.
do until all of us are like staring into blank space.
but i surely will rmb how we had that experience.

this camp brought many many many things upon me
good and bad,
memories and foresight!

i see the cadets enjoying!
truely enjoyed some parts of it.
it wasn't that bad.
maybe we set unrealistic expectations.
maybe we've been living too much in the past.
maybe we SHOULD move on.
HAHA

okay!
honestly speaking,
the camp although didnt meet my personal expectation,
but made great great improvement!
my NCOs seemed to improved personally too
whats important is the progress right?

this camp had wonderful campfire!
i'd say the experience was terrific!
brought back so many people,
and memories.

i'm planning what to do.
but i'm lost.
lost in who to entrust it to.
lost in how to bring about the change.
at the same time,
i ask myself,
how long can i persevere.

back from NCOC camp.
this camp had been exciting enough for me. HAH
had a nice time in general.

JAGUAR had been as nice as ever.
spontaneous and lively.
hahahhahahaa.
many many laughing moments.
happily playing thumb games too.
HAHA

well,
this round of ncoc had been fast.
first time as junior officer,
first time in NCOC comm,
first time as PC,
many many new experiences.
as well as my unique experience mingling with this bunch of people.

ups and downs too i'd say.
high,
sian,
fun,
stressed,
pissed,
tired.
all had been through.

made me missed my very own hitler, back in 06.

hoped guys this time round really
had a great, fruitful experience,
made new friends,
learnt new stuff,
enjoyed themselves!:D

feel contradictory.

the higher authority comes hard on them.
feel like split personality.

its tiring, super.
but fun!
